ReFa x Watsons Exclusive Pop-up Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser. This giveaway is organised by Betime Marketing Pte Ltd.
2. Eligibility. The giveaway is open to residents of Singapore.
3. Qualifying Period & Locations. To qualify, participants must make a purchase of any ReFa product at:
• Watsons Takashimaya S.C., from 24 to 30 August 2026; or
• Watsons Raffles Place Station, from 31 August to 6 September 2026.
Purchases made outside these dates or at other outlets do not qualify.
4. How to Enter. Each qualifying purchase entitles the participant to one entry. Participants must retain their original receipt, scan the QR code and submit their details to enter.
5. Proof of Purchase. The original receipt must be retained and presented upon request. Entries without valid proof of purchase will be disqualified. Receipts that are altered, duplicated, or illegible will not be accepted.
6. Prizes. A total of three (3) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive a ReFa Bundle of their choice worth $110. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.
7. Winner Selection & Notification. Winners will be selected by random on 11 September. Winners will be notified via email by 15 September. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
8. Prize Collection. Prizes must be collected at [location] by [date], or will be delivered to [details]. Uncollected prizes after the stipulated period will be forfeited.
9. Refunds & Disqualification. If a qualifying purchase is refunded or exchanged before the draw date, the corresponding entry will be void. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
10. General. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms, substitute prizes of equal or greater value, or suspend/cancel the giveaway at its discretion without prior notice. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
